Meet cookbook author, jazz singer and radio personality, Laura Theodore for a free workshop to learn how to entertain at home in “green” style. Reuse, repurpose, and recycle to lower your carbon footprint, save money and time! Plus, learn the basics of serving delicious, healthy food for all of your friends, family and guests to enjoy!

Laura Theodore, The Jazzy Vegetarian, is helping people entertain at home in “green” style. She’ll show you cost saving, fun, and festive ways to entertain in “eco-chic” style this holiday season! She’ll discuss how to prepare your home, food, and guest accommodations in an earth friendly manner. Laura will also share tips for 'green' home decorations, gifts and gift wrappings, and how to “green clean” your home. She’ll chat about healthy, delicious recipes to help you serve simple starters, fabulous fare, and delicious dishes to ensure your earth friendly holiday event is truly unforgettable! All of Laura’s handy tips are environmentally sound, simple to prepare, and easy on one’s budget. Enjoy!
